Role & Responsibilities: 🚀


Sales Focus:

  • You'll directly engage with customers through inbound calls and MQLs to surpass quarterly targets. 🎯
  • Work with a wide array of clients across different industries and markets, enhancing customer satisfaction and sales achievements. 🌐
  • Foster long-lasting relationships with customers, prioritizing mutual success over transactions. 💼❤️

Process & Management:

  • Efficiently distinguish customer needs for direct handling or escalation to Account Executives (AE) for specialized attention. 🔄
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, understanding partners and technical needs to secure deals. 🛠️
  • Transition opportunities for upselling and leverage promotional initiatives to boost revenue. 💰

Operational Excellence:

  • Utilize Salesforce for lead management, ensuring effective tracking and closure. 🗃️
  • Excel at multitasking between calls, training, and administration to maximize productivity. ⏳
  • Navigate LetsBuild resources adeptly to fulfill customer requirements. 🗺️

Job requirements

About you:


If you’re keen on making an impact in the SaaS B2B world and have a year’s experience under your belt—particularly within software or SaaS sales—we're eager to meet you! Your journey with clients from diverse industries and regions could be the key to unlocking new adventures with us. 🗝️🌍


Languages? In an ideal world, we'd love someone who is fluent in Dutch and French and an advanced level in English, however, if we can't find our purple squirrel, we would be happy with fluent Dutch and advanced English 🌎🔊

Skills? Your ability to initiate outbound calls with confidence and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, sets you apart. 📞🖊️ Experience in closing deals directly, utilizing the latest tools and systems, is highly regarded. Familiarity with established sales processes and methodologies (like MEDDICC, Value selling, SPIN) adds a significant feather to your cap. 🏹
