Our office is located in the picturesque Braine L'Alleud, just south of Brussels. While we embrace the flexibility of remote work, we value in-person collaboration and meet in the office at least twice a week to foster a strong team environment. We also have offices in Copenhagen (Denmark) and ลรณdลบ (Poland), showcasing our expansive global footprint.

About the role:
- Youโll be able to explore new opportunities with potential prospects and within our existing client base playing a key role in expanding our market reach and driving growth. Youโll focus on Net New logo collaborating with the entire Sales team, you'll carve out your target accounts, build your pipeline, take your prospects from discovery through to close.
- On the farming side, you'll collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to nurture and grow key accounts in the region. You will also be involved in managing complex renewal processes.
- As a representative of LetsBuild, you will actively participate in industry events and work with our marketing team to organize initiatives that elevate our brand presence.๐.
Job requirements
About You:
We're pretty open to your background, you might have already cut your teeth with a ConTech company ๐๏ธ, or maybe you have a couple of years in SaaS B2B companies ๐ป, or perhaps you come from the world of Architecture, Construction, or Civil Engineering ๐... like I said, we're pretty open ๐.
A fluency in Dutch and English is essential ๐.
You're able to build relationships easily and grow fledgling accounts ๐ฑ.
Aptitude to manage diverse priorities in a dynamic environment with a proactive mindset ๐โโ๏ธ๐ผ.
Culturally sensitive, you'll understand the intricacies and differences in doing business with the Dutch and the Belgians, an empathy for different cultures is key ๐ค.
You'll bring a solution-oriented approach, it's about listening to your clients' pain-points and not just looking for the transactional sale ๐ง๐ฌ.
You're adept in your use of CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot) and ensuring you keep things up to date.
Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed โ๏ธ.
