Job Description: Account Executive (Dutch Speaking)

Location: Our office is located in Braine L'Alleud, south of Brussels - Ideally we'd like to see you in the office on the odd occasion but we're also open to a remote way of working

Start Date: Q1 2024

When you join us you'll focus on Net New logo.  Along with Jeroen and the Sales execs, you'll carve out your target accounts, build your pipeline, take your prospects from discovery through to close.


On the farming side, you'll work closely with the Customer Success team and work to nurture and grow key accounts in the region. You'll get involved in the more complex renewals processes also.


Being a representative of LetsBuild, you will actively participate in industry events and work alongside our marketing team to organize events that elevate our brand presence 🎉.


Job requirements

About You:


  • We're pretty open to your background, you might have already cut your teeth with a ConTech company 🏗️, or maybe you have a couple of years in SaaS B2B companies 💻, or perhaps you come from the world of Architecture, Construction, or Civil Engineering 📐... like I said, we're pretty open 😊
  • A fluency in Dutch and English is essential 🌍
  • You're able to build relationships easily and grow fledgling accounts 🌱.
  • Aptitude to manage diverse priorities in a dynamic environment with a proactive mindset 🏃‍♂️💼.
  • Culturally sensitive, you'll understand the intricacies and differences in doing business with the Dutch and the Belgians, an empathy for different cultures is key 🤝.
  • You'll bring a solution-oriented approach, it's about listening to your clients' pain-points and not just looking for the transactional sale 🎧💬.
  • You're adept in your use of CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot) and ensuring you keep things up to date
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed ✈️.
